For Online Courses at SAA – The Pilot Ground School

By enrolling in any course offered by SAA – The Pilot Ground School, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Violating any of these may result in your access being revoked, permanent unenrollment, legal action, and liability for any damages caused to the intellectual property of SAA.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

• Screen recording, screenshots, copying, downloading, or sharing any part of the course content.
   
• Reproducing, modifying, distributing, summarizing, or disclosing course material to anyone.
   

All course materials are the intellectual property of SAA – The Pilot Ground School.
Purchasing a course only grants you view-only access. Any misuse will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal consequences.

You are not permitted to share your login credentials (User ID or Password) with anyone.
Your IP address and login activity are monitored. Multiple logins from different IP addresses or suspicious access will result in account suspension and possible legal action.

Using a VPN to access SAA's website or course content is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate unenrollment.

Each course purchase grants access for:

• 120 days, OR
   
• Until you clear the upcoming DGCA exam at the time of purchase — whichever is earlier.
   

Extensions may be granted only at the sole discretion of SAA if the student fails or is unable to attempt the DGCA exam.

• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances after enrolment.
   
• Students are expected to review free previews or course details before purchasing.
   
• SAA will make efforts to resolve student issues and provide support to help you clear your DGCA exams, but refunds are not part of this process.
   

If SAA, at its discretion, initiates a refund, it will be processed within 30 working days.
This will not set a precedent for future cases.

• Students must make full payment after reviewing the preview content.
   
• Non-payment or payment disputes may result in legal action and recovery proceedings.
   

SAA reserves the right to:

• Deny or revoke access to its platform or course material
   
• Request valid photo ID proof at any time
  Failure to comply may result in cancellation of enrolment without refund.
